The McManus Story Continues . . .
December 2025
NEW FOR DECEMBER!
Season’s Greetings! This month, we are on hiatus, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have plenty of great holiday treats in store for our favorite McManus fans!
For starters, we’ve revived our entire blog catalog, so if you missed one of our stories, this is your chance to catch up on our tall tales about “Growing Up McManus.”
Last December, Peggy teamed up with her buddy Andrew Pegman, an outdoor writer based in Ohio, to write an article for Trout Magazine. It’s all about their very different interpretations of the phrase, “good runs”. We think you’ll enjoy it. Read it on Page 50 of Trout Magazine’s December 2024 issue.
Then, grab a hot beverage, kick back in your favorite chair, and treat yourself to a good laugh with “Cold Fish”, read by Lauren Ball, author of “Where’s the One About the Bobcat?”, an index with summaries of all Pat's stories.

Don't miss your opportunity to give your loved ones the gift of laughter this Christmas. Shop Grogan's Mercantile for first-edition autographed books from Pat's personal stash! (Supplies are limited so order soon for best availability.)
Last Christmas, we posted the entire collection of recipes for a classic McManus Christmas dinner. This year, we’re following up with another McManus tradition, Bun's Christmas Eve Fondue (or the closest recipe we can find to her version, courtesy of “Food & Wine”).

ENJOY AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
